Homes are unique, streets are wide, trees are mature, and it is not a cookie-cutter neighborhood. Nightlife has limited options, more towards downtown San Jose and surrounding areas. Restaurants and grocery stores are in abundance, many within walking distance.
Schools are great, and there are families with young children, all having an excellent sense of community. Shopping and entertainment will not disappoint as you have many options like Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Mall. For fitness, there are yoga studios, gyms, karate, taekwondo, and more, plus O’Connor Hospital is close by.
Finally, the availability of jobs is good and significant industries include healthcare, utilities, and waste management services.
