The Rose Garden is a good place to live in California for parents with school-going children. Both the public and private schools here are rated above average and sit adjacent to one another.

Trace Elementary School, Burbank Elementary and St. Martin’s Catholic School are popular elementary schools. Hoover Middle School for middle school education. Abraham Lincoln High School and Bellarine College Preparatory are excellent for high school students.

Homes are unique, streets are wide, trees are mature, and it is not a cookie-cutter neighborhood. Nightlife has limited options, more towards downtown San Jose and surrounding areas. Restaurants and grocery stores are in abundance, many within walking distance.

Schools are great, and there are families with young children, all having an excellent sense of community. Shopping and entertainment will not disappoint as you have many options like Santana Row and Westfield Valley Fair Shopping Mall. For fitness, there are yoga studios, gyms, karate, taekwondo, and more, plus O’Connor Hospital is close by.

Finally, the availability of jobs is good and significant industries include healthcare, utilities, and waste management services.
